Colour Frenzy is rolling out our Postage options for your ticket race packs and any merchandise you order as well. This is available for all events excluding Newcastle (as it was launched before our postage was available).

All orders under $150 are covered by our Flat Rate of $10 per order.

For orders over $150, we offer Free Shipping across Australia!

Shipping Times

All orders placed will be dispatched approximately 2 weeks before the event date. We have found that this time frame suits best to stop little children from getting into your goodies too soon before the event and losing them or using them up! For orders over $150, we offer Free Shipping across Australia as long as you have chosen it during check out!

Once shipped, packages usually arrive at our customer’s location within five working days from their orders. If you feel there’s a hold-up and you’d like us to investigate what we can do to get your items to you faster, send us a quick email, and we’ll do our best to motivate things along.

All-in-all, we aim to give you fast delivery with full communication, so you never have to wonder what’s going on.

Shipping Cut-Off

To make sure your order arrives in time for your colourful day. We close shipping five business days before the event date.

You can still order after this date. You will be able to collect your packs and merchandise during race pack collection on the Saturday, one day prior to the event.

Refunds of Shipped Items

Colour Frenzy does not offer refunds on tickets or merch if you change your mind. If your shipped items are faulty in any way please email us at with your ticket number, Items details and images of the damage. On approval we will replace the item at the event location on event day (Or race pack collection day)

Covid Date Changes

In the situation of an event date change due to Covid19 your tickets are automatically transferred to the new event date. If you can not attend the new date you can get a refund with Covid19. In the situation of having tickets and merch shipped plus requesting a Covid19 refund, a refund will be available on return postage of your ticket race packs and merchandise at buyers expense or a refund for only the entry ticket and not the Merch you keep.
